About the Role

The Family Nurse Practitioner delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in both clinical and virtual settings, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety. They lead clinic staff, perform medical assessments, develop diagnoses, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and provide patient education. The role requires adherence to clinical protocols, compliance with regulations like HIPAA, and maintenance of accurate documentation. The provider works efficiently in fast-paced environments, collaborates with clinical leadership, and supports new employee onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in both in-person and virtual settings
• Lead and manage clinic staff
• Perform medical assessments, develop diagnoses, and prescribe medications
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and support new employee onboarding
• Participate in community outreach initiatives
• Uphold company values and foster a positive work environment
• Contribute to continuous improvement in patient care

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN)
• Active licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Active DEA license
• 1-2 years of experience in urgent care, family practice, or related fields (preferred)
• Certifications such as DOT within 120 days of hire (preferred)

Schedule
