About the Role

The Provider delivers high-quality healthcare in clinic and telehealth settings, ensuring patient satisfaction and adherence to protocols. They lead clinic staff, review patient histories, perform diagnostics, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans while maintaining compliance with regulations such as HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in clinic and telehealth environments
• Lead and guide clinic staff
• Review patient histories and perform diagnostics
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Complete accurate patient charts and documentation
• Implement and adhere to clinical protocols
• Analyze patient data and participate in team communication
• Conduct virtual consultations and on-call duties
• Support new employee training
• Maintain compliance with licensing, credentialing, and regulatory standards
• Participate in ongoing training and community outreach

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license
• DEA registration
• DOT certification (within specified timelines)
• Prior experience in urgent care, emergency, or family practice (preferred)
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
• Adaptability to new technologies and effective communication across channels
