Family Nurse Practitioner - Flexible Schedule

About the role

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare in both clinical and telehealth settings. Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care, including diagnosing, prescribing medications, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
• Lead and guide clinic staff to ensure excellent patient service and adherence to protocols.
• Document and review patient histories, symptoms, and treatment plans accurately and timely.
• Implement clinical and telehealth protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations such as HIPAA.
• Participate in team communication, training, and mentoring new employees to foster a positive work environment.
• Engage in continuous learning through meetings and training, and contribute ideas to improve patient care.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and compliance with standards, including DEA and DOT requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and active Family Nurse Practitioner license.
• 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Licensure to treat all ages and certifications such as DEA and DOT.
• Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in urgent care, occupational medicine, ER, or family practice.
• Familiarity with telehealth.
