About the role

Clackamas County’s Beavercreek Health Clinic seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative, team-based environment providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages within a fully integrated health center.
  • Perform diagnostic assessments, order and interpret diagnostic procedures, and prescribe medications in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Offer pediatric services, prenatal and reproductive health services, and participate in clinical operations and quality improvement activities.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

Requirements

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the State of Oregon.
  • Licensed and Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive privileges (within 30 days of hire).
  • DEA registration certificate with Schedule II–V privileges (within 30 days of hire).
  • Maintain a Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.
  • Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a family medicine setting, with a focus on providing comprehensive primary care services.

Qualifications

  • Strong commitment to caring for underserved populations and treating opioid use disorder.
  • Experience working in an FQHC setting is preferred.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems.

Pay

$67.593044 - $86.001866 per hour

Schedule

This position works 32 hours during a standard workweek of Monday through Friday (4 days/week; 8 hours/day). Specific hours of work will be discussed with the candidate selected for this position at the time an offer of employment is extended. This position is designated as on-site/in-person.
