Responsibilities
- Maintain minor surgeries such as toenail removal and foreign object removal
- Suture wounds
- Splint injuries
- Perform general orthopedic evaluations and management
- Review and interpret x-rays under radiologist supervision
- Treat general dermatological conditions
- Handle general eye problems
- Perform general EKG interpretations
- Manage emergency situations
- Provide general gynecological expertise
- Treat patients of all ages, including children
- Offer occupational medicine services
- Conduct telemedicine consultations
Qualifications
- Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher education required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred
