Responsibilities
- Care for every patient within your scope of practice.
- Diagnose and treat cold, flu, strep, COVID, and other upper respiratory issues.
- Perform minor procedures such as toenail removal and foreign object removal.
- Suture wounds and splint injuries.
- Evaluate and manage general orthopedic conditions.
- Interpret x-rays under supervision of a radiologist.
- Treat general dermatological and eye problems.
- Perform basic emergency management and EKG interpretations.
- Provide general GYN expertise.
- Offer occupational medicine services.
- Conduct telemedicine consultations.
Qualifications
- Family Nurse Practitioner board certification required.
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher education required.
- New graduates are welcome and supported.
- DOT certification or willingness to obtain DOT certification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).
