Family Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth and meet patient volume goals.
• Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care.
• Ensure accurate completion of patient charts and forward charts as appropriate.
• Elevate concerns to management to ensure adherence to company values.
• Implement clinical and Telehealth protocols.
• Analyze and interpret patients' histories and symptoms.
• Deliver excellent patient care through in-patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations.
• Pursue queue of telehealth patients in a timely manner.
• Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications.
• Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions.
• Communicate regularly with team to support excellent patient care.
• Support new employees with training and coaching.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN).
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice (strongly preferred).
• Current Family Nurse Practitioner License and DEA.
• DOT certification for full-time employees within 120 days of employment.

Pay

• PRN Employees: Minimum of 4 shifts per month.
• Full Time Employees: 12-hour shifts and every other weekend.
