Family Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive, whole-body clinical approach to treating patients.
• Operate with clinical autonomy, spending more time with patients while engaging in clinical mentorship and partnership.
• Offer the highest quality of care to patients using the latest technology and testing procedures.
• Promote excellent preventative medicine in the community.
• Build trust with patients to foster a community of Healthier, Happier Patients™.
• Utilize modern technology to provide clinically excellent medicine.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited University.
• Current Nursing licensure in the State of Nevada.
• AANP or ANCC national certification as Family Nurse Practitioner.
• DEA licensure or obtain to obtain DEA Licensure.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience.
• A strong sense of ethics and the ability to act with integrity.
• A willingness to be coached and trained by clinicians and supervising physicians.
• A hunger to achieve financial success and independence.
• A passion for focusing upon prevention and whole-body care to take patient care to another level.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a fully digitized office supporting genetic testing, blood testing, oral pathology screening, EKG, ultrasound technology, IV infusion therapies.
• Experience partnering with clinical care teams, including physicians, other APRNs, specialists, medical assistants/scribes to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.
• Proficiency working in EPIC EHR.
• Knowledge of clinical charting/medical decision-making documentation, adherence to clinical standards of care, medical plans, fees, general plan design, administrative guidelines, limitations and exclusions, reporting and metrics systems, business correspondence and business reporting techniques, and business principles of profit and loss statements.
