Family Nurse Practitioner

Role Overview: Provide high-acuity, hospital-based acute care as part of the inpatient team in a community-oriented healthcare environment. Responsibilities: Perform admissions, rounds, discharges, rapid evaluations, diagnostics, procedures, and patient-family education. Collaborate closely with hospitalists, specialists, and case management, following protocols and utilizing real-time analytics. Support interdisciplinary care with pharmacist and PT/OT integration, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered outcomes. Qualifications & Skills: Current FNP certification, experience in acute care, strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and ability to work autonomously within a supportive team. Familiarity with evidence-based practice tools and protocols is preferred.
