Family Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment and wellness plans.
• Educate patients on preventive healthcare, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Participate in ongoing clinical training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Active or eligible Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in Arizona.
• Minimum 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience required.
• Certified Nurse Practitioner (Required).
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Interest in preventive, wellness, or integrative medicine is a plus.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
