About the role

The University of Michigan Health-West is seeking a full-time, board eligible/board certified, Advanced Practice Provider to join their well-established and comprehensive primary care team. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients, diagnose, and treat health conditions with an emphasis on disease prevention and health management
  • Perform full spectrum of outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages and backgrounds
  • Coordinate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive experience for all patients, families, and staff

Requirements

Candidate must be board eligible or board certified, hold a current medical license, and have experience in primary care. Fluency in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Nepali, or Bosnian is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Advanced Practice Provider (NP, PA)
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified
  • Current Medical License
  • Experience in Primary Care
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Nepali, or Bosnian (preferred)
