About the Role

Mercy in Lebanon, Missouri is recruiting a family medicine physician with surgical obstetrics training to meet growing demand in the region. This full-scope opportunity includes surgical obstetrics/C-sections and newborn care in a high-need area.

Lebanon, a city of 15,000 with access to the Ozark mountains, Mark Twain National Forest, Lake of the Ozarks, and outdoor recreation, offers a growing community with a high quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive family medicine with obstetrics (FMOB) including C-sections and newborn care
  • Deliver primary care services in a growing practice
  • Share OB call (10 days per month or less)
  • Utilize EMR (EPIC) and AI-supported tools for efficiency and work/life balance

Requirements

  • Board-certified/eligible in Family Medicine with Obstetrics
  • Training and interest in full-scope family medicine, including surgical obstetrics and C-sections
  • Visa candidates encouraged to apply
