About the Role
Join a family residency program as a Core Faculty member, collaborating with the Program Director and other faculty to shape the training experience.
Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Provide high-quality, cost-efficient care across all ages, including pediatrics, women's health, and inpatient settings, with a preference for Obstetrics. Maintain board certification, supervise residents, participate in night and weekend call, and uphold hospital privileges.
- Resident Education: Mentor and precept residents, serve as attending on hospital rounds, develop and assess curriculum, participate in resident evaluations, assist in recruitment, and engage in scholarly activities.
- Other Duties: Engage in community involvement, serve on committees, and represent the program professionally as directed.
Qualifications
- Board certification in Family Medicine (AOA or ABMS).
- Licensure in Delaware.
- Relevant clinical, educational, and administrative experience.
- Family Medicine Obstetrics experience preferred.
- Candidates should embody the values and standards of the organization.
