Family Medicine Residency - Core Faculty

About the role

We are seeking a Core Faculty member to join an innovative family residency program, collaborating with the Program Director and faculty to shape and support the residency.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality patient care across all ages, including pediatrics, women's health, inpatient, and outpatient settings, with a preference for Family Medicine Obstetrics
• Supervising and mentoring residents, maintaining a personal patient panel, and ensuring all clinical duties meet accreditation standards
• Engaging in resident education by precepting, participating in hospital rounds, leading conferences, and contributing to curriculum development
• Completing evaluations, assisting in resident recruitment, and participating in scholarly activities with residents
• Performing additional duties to enhance the program, such as community involvement and committee participation

Qualifications

• Board certification in Family Medicine (AOA or ABMS)
• Current or eligible for medical licensure in Delaware
• Clinical, educational, and administrative experience that aligns with program standards
• Demonstration of professional values consistent with healthcare standards
