About the role

We are seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our established multi-specialty clinic in Salt Lake City, UT.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in a family medicine setting.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care coordination.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through continuing medical education (CME).
• Manage patient relationships and maintain accurate medical records.

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Current Medical License in Utah.
• At least 3 years of experience in Family Medicine.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
