Become an expert in wound management, learning from highly qualified wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors. Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities while providing bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states. The role includes physician-level wound management training and a wound fellowship to ensure clinical excellence.
Full-time W2 physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits, with a routine 45-hour work week. The practice is mobile, with physicians visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location, conducting weekly wound rounds at each facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide bedside wound care in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
- Conduct weekly wound rounds at 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily.
- Utilize proprietary wound-specific EMR for real-time clinical documentation during rounds.
Requirements
- Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
- Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
- No work visa sponsorship is available.
Schedule
- Full-time: Monday–Friday (7am–4pm), 4–5 days per week.
- Part-time: Minimum of 3 days per week.
- No call or weekend clinical responsibilities.
Pay
Full-time W2 physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits.
