Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations, diagnosing and treating a wide array of medical conditions.
  • Provide essential preventive care, guiding patients through health maintenance strategies, and empowering them with crucial patient education.
  • Adeptly manage chronic diseases, perform minor procedures, and strategically coordinate care with specialists.
  • Build lasting patient relationships, meticulously document encounters, communicate effectively, and adhere to evidence-based guidelines and ethical standards.
  • Lead comprehensive, continuous, and patient-centered medical care for individuals and families across all life stages, significantly impacting community health outcomes.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board-Certified / Board-Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine.
  • AHA BLS Certification.
  • Ability to obtain an active medical license & DEA in the state Georgia and/or Tennessee.
