About the role

Optimus Health Care—Fairfield County’s largest provider of primary health care services—is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join its team-based model of care.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a multispecialty federally qualified healthcare clinic providing care to an existing patient base.
  • 100% outpatient setting.
  • Family friendly schedule, Monday to Friday working week with the option of part-time or flexible hours.

Requirements

  • Education: Medical Degree from an accredited Medical School. Documented completion of a Residency from an accredited institution specializing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Licensure / Certification: Valid License to Practice as an Internist in the State of CT, Current DEA and State Controlled Substance Certificate, CPR certification required upon hire and recertification bi-annually.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible to sit for Boards.
