Family Medicine Physician

About the role

You will join a dedicated, passionate, mission-driven group of providers who are making a vital impact to those in need by providing care to a culturally and ethnically diverse, medically complex, patient population. You’ll be part of an integrative primary care team including an embedded APP who will support your panel and In Basket management, a behavioral health provider, clinical pharmacist, diabetes educator, and case management team.

Responsibilities

• Practice with trauma-informed care and honor the Providence mission of caring for the poor & the vulnerable
• Full-time (flexible between 0.75 to 1.0 FTE)
• 4 to 5 days per week schedule (Monday to Friday)

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine
• Must be comfortable and willing to see all ages
