About the role

Noble Community Clinics is a community health center focused on providing compassionate, high-quality health care to all members of the community, with a particular emphasis on underserved populations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver compassionate care to a diverse patient population, including those from underserved communities.
  • Collaborate in an integrated care model with Behavioral Health, Nursing, Social Work, Pharmacy, and Dental providers.
  • Engage with and mentor medical students training at Noble.
  • Guide and motivate team members to achieve their best while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative care solutions that improve health outcomes for all patients.

Requirements

  • M.D. or D.O. degree with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.
  • Current license to practice medicine in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Board Certification by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP).
  • DEA registration and Basic Life Support (BLS Certification).
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred; prior work in community health or underserved populations preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based integrated care environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for improving health outcomes in underserved communities. Prior experience in community health or working with underserved populations is preferred.
