Family Medicine Physician

This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct medical services for 40 hours each week
• Deliver patient care for 36 scheduled hours weekly
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
• Utilize Epic EMR for integrated patient management
• Promote a diverse and inclusive care environment
• Collaborate within a physician-led medical group

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school required
• Eligible for medical licensing in Illinois
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Practice

Pay

$222,369 – $356,709 annually
