Job Requirements

• MD or DO degree with training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Unrestricted Louisiana medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Full prescriptive authority (DEA certification)
