Call is 1:14, outpatient call only. In addition, after hours, the OSF After-Hours Nurse Triage Center will take first call
Join 2 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers
Embedded services such as care management, social work and behavioral health
Clinic hours are Mon-Fri, 7:00am – 5:00pm with option to work on Saturday

Qualifications
- Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
- Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
- Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies).
- Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
- Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
- Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
