Job Summary

Join a robust team of 8 Physicians and 6 APPs in an outpatient setting with clinic hours Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Minimal call responsibilities; OSF After-Hours Call Center will take first call.

Compensation

Full-time, clinical base salary pay range for this position: $285,000-$305,000. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives.

Qualifications

• Doctorate
• Licensed to practice medicine in current state
• Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies)
• Medical staff membership and appropriate privileges
• Eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable
