About the Role
Growing rural health practice seeks a BC/BE Family Medicine physician or Med/Peds physician to join two APPs and dedicated clinic support staff. Enjoy excellent work/life balance with minimal call and AI technology for note writing. Outpatient only practice; in-patients are covered by our employed hospitalist group. Strong referral network and quick access for specialty services. EPIC EMR. H1B and J1 Visa applications accepted.

Pay
Full-time clinical base salary pay range: $285,000–$305,000. Range is an estimate and may vary based on critical need, experience, community need, and other factors. Additional compensation components such as bonuses or incentives may apply.
Qualifications
Required
- Physician licensed to practice medicine in current state
- Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics (if applicable)
- Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies)
- Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges
- Eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs
- Meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's professional malpractice and liability coverage programs
Preferred
- Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care aligned to the preferences, goals, and needs of the patients served
