About the role

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a clinic-based role in Baltimore, Maryland. Provide primary care services during day shifts in an outpatient setting. No call coverage required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 22 patients per day across all age groups.
• Conduct patient evaluations and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with a 1:1 medical assistant and full medical staff to ensure quality care.
• Perform patient assessments, manage medical conditions, and support quality healthcare delivery.
• Work on-site in a well-supported clinic environment.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Board certification is required; prescriptive authority is not.
• Experience in primary care, managing diverse patient populations.
• Ability to work independently within a clinical team.
