Job Summary

Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) is seeking a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join their established team of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. MVHS supports its providers in delivering high-quality healthcare to the Mohawk Valley region.

Education/Experience Requirements

- Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner’s Program OR certification from an accredited NP program OR completion of an accredited Physician Assistant Program required. - Ability to meet and maintain credentialing requirements and hospital privileges. - Knowledge and competency in a wide range of clinical areas. - Familiarity with EHR/EMR software.

Licensure/Certification Requirements

- Current NYS Nurse Practitioner licenses OR Current NYS license as a Physician Assistant with prescription privileges. - Current BCLS, ACLS certifications. - Active ANCC certification in relevant specialty (preferred).
