Family Medicine Faculty

About the role

A community-based Family Medicine Faculty position involves working in a collaborative academic environment, supervising and mentoring residents across outpatient and inpatient settings, and participating in teaching, quality improvement, and scholarly activities.

Responsibilities

• Integrate teaching across outpatient clinics, inpatient services, procedures, and didactics
• Supervise and mentor residents in a supportive environment
• Participate in inpatient teaching approximately every 7–10 weeks
• Contribute to quality improvement and scholarly projects
• Utilize modern clinic resources, including onsite labs, imaging, Epic EMR, and AI-assisted documentation
• Engage in leadership and professional development within a growing academic setting
• Provide comprehensive family medicine care
• Participate in inpatient services on a rotating basis

Qualifications & Skills

• Board-certified or Board-eligible in Family Medicine
• Strong interpersonal, teaching, and leadership skills
• Experience in outpatient and inpatient care
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
