Role: Family Medicine Faculty Responsibilities Supervise and mentor residents in outpatient, inpatient, procedures, and didacticsParticipate in a collaborative academic environment with a focus on quality improvement and scholarly activitiesContribute to inpatient teaching approximately every 7–10 weeksEngage in leadership and professional development within a growing programUtilize modern clinic resources, including onsite labs, imaging, Epic EMR, AI documentation, and support staff Qualifications & Skills Board-certified or eligible in Family MedicineStrong commitment to teaching and mentoring residentsCollaborative team player with excellent communication skills Key Duties Provide comprehensive primary care in a community-based settingParticipate in quality improvement initiativesContribute to academic and scholarly activities within a supportive environment
