About the role
We are seeking a Family Medicine Program Director and faculty members for an ACGME-accredited residency program in an independent hospital.
Responsibilities
- Leading program administration (50%) and faculty involvement in inpatient and obstetric care
- Providing clinical instruction and supervision
- Participating in curriculum development and program evaluation
- Overseeing residency operations, mentoring residents, and delivering patient care
Qualifications
- Board certification in Family Medicine
- Experience in residency education and leadership preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
