About the role
An independent hospital in Western South Dakota is seeking faculty members for their ACGME accredited family medicine residency program.
Compensation
- $300,000 base salary plus quality incentives
- $50,000 signing bonus
- $100,000 retention bonus (paid over 5 years)
- $22,500 relocation assistance
- $5,000 annual CME allowance
Responsibilities
- Oversee residents on outpatient, inpatient and OB rotations
- Minimal call responsibilities

Facility location
Rapid City is the second largest city in South Dakota. Known as the City of Presidents due to its proximity to Mt. The mountain range offers a bevy of hiking, camping and mountain biking opportunities. Mt Rushmore, of course, is a significant tourist draw and should be seen by everyone at least once.
