About the role

Start Date: ASAP. An independent hospital in Western South Dakota is seeking faculty members for their ACGME accredited family medicine residency program.

Facility Location: Rapid City, the second largest city in South Dakota, is known as the City of Presidents due to its proximity to Mt. Rushmore, featuring the Black Hills, Jewel Cave National Monument, Harney Peak, diverse dining, galleries, boutiques, nightlife, and a local airport with flights to major U.S. hubs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residents on outpatient, inpatient and OB rotations
• Minimal call responsibilities

Pay

• $300,000 base salary plus quality incentives
• $50,000 signing bonus
• $100,000 retention bonus (paid over 5 years)
• $22,500 relocation assistance
• $5,000 annual CME allowance
