Essential Functions
- Evaluate patients and provide primary care.
- Accurately and timely document necessary for patient care and billing.
- Affirm quality medical care delivered to all patients.
- Understand and maintain Quality Improvement Program indicators.
- Comply with Standards of Care and policies for the Medical Clinic.
- Follow medical operations in compliance with applicable state and local laws, regulations, and policies.
- Communicate issues of compliance to Medical Leadership.
- Coordinate with Practice Manager for scheduling and template development.
- Assist in developing and designing new clinical services.
- Attend appropriate meetings as directed by Medical Leadership.
Additional Duties
- Participate in work groups, teams, task forces, and committees.
- Foster communication and coordination within the clinic and outside agencies.
- Ensure clinic staff observes universal precautions.
- Report suspicion of abuse as required by law.
Minimum Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
- Fully licensed to practice in the state of California.
- Licenses must be current, valid, and in good standing.
- DEA certificate required.
- Current BLS certification.
Preferred Background
- Pediatric and prenatal experience.
- Several years of FQHC or community health center practice experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
- Demonstrated person-centered approach and familiarity with trauma informed systems and restorative practices.
Pay Range
$244,941.98 - $309,779.57 per year
