Description

PeaceHealth is seeking physicians interested in an outpatient Family Medicine opportunity. The position is based at Barger Clinic in Eugene, Oregon, part of the Willamette Valley.

About the role

Barger Clinic is an NHSC approved site. This unique opportunity allows for practicing outpatient medicine in a team-based model with minimal clinic call. The clinic supports multiple specialties including Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, and Pediatrics, all within a collaborative primary care group.

Responsibilities

• Practice outpatient medicine in a team-based model
• Minimal clinic call
• Collaborate with other providers in internal medicine, family medicine, geriatrics, and pediatrics
• Work in a clinic with support staff including a social worker, pharmacist, chronic disease coordinator, and outpatient complex care manager
• Utilize EPIC EMR system
• Participate in a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board certification in Family Medicine
• Current Oregon medical license
• Experience in outpatient family medicine preferred
