Requirements
- Background in family law or civil litigation is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple active matters and deadlines independently
- Proficiency with legal drafting, document preparation, and case management software
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court deadlines, and legal documentation
- Experience with e-filing systems, Microsoft Office, and case management platforms
- Excellent written communication and document drafting abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to maintain accuracy while handling a high-volume workload
- Professional communication skills when interacting with clients and external parties
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Able to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
