About the role

We are seeking a motivated Family Law Paralegal with 1-5 years of experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal interested in hands-on experience and professional growth in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain case files for high-net-worth matters.
• Track and meet case-related deadlines proactively.
• Conduct case investigations, information gathering, and discovery tasks.
• Draft legal correspondence, documents, pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Prepare exhibits for mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned to support the team.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of research, writing, and legal fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain legal principles clearly.
• Exceptional organizational skills, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple priorities.
• Self-starter with demonstrated teamwork capabilities.
• Collegial and collaborative attitude, with a client-focused approach.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Pay

$30 – $45 per hour
