Responsibilities

• Assisting attorneys with preparation for hearings, trials, and meetings.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information for cases.
• Coinciding and managing schedules, deadlines, and documentation.
• Communicating with clients, attorneys, court personnel, and other parties.
• Maintaining and organizing case files and legal databases.
• Assisting with case management and strategy planning.
• Providing administrative support to attorneys as required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Family Law Paralegal.
• Exceptional knowledge of family law and court procedures.
• Proficiency in drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Excellent legal research and investigative skills.
• Exceptional organizational and case management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
