Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload with strategy and ownership
- Represent clients in hearings, mediation, and trial
- Help families navigate high-stakes, emotional decisions
- Negotiate when possible, litigate when necessary
- Apply the Texas Family Code with confidence
- Be part of a team that works together, not in silos
Requirements
- 3+ years of contested family law experience
- Active Texas Bar license
- Strong communication and courtroom presence
- Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) – highly preferred
- Experience handling family law cases in Spanish – highly preferred

Pay
Compensation $170,000 OTE. Higher compensation available for attorneys who are fully bilingual and have experience representing Spanish‑speaking clients.
