Family Law Attorney (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Attorney specializing in Family Law to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice and representation in family law matters, including complex asset division and child custody cases. This role requires a deep understanding of California family law, a passion for helping individuals and families, and a commitment to professional ethics and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law matters, including high-conflict custody cases and complex asset divisions.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Provide effective advocacy in hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain high professionalism and ethical standards.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Work closely with other attorneys and staff for comprehensive case management.
• Stay current with developments in family law and related areas.

Requirements

• Strong background in family law.
• Active and good standing membership in the California State Bar.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Commitment to meeting a 1600–1700 billable hour requirement annually.

Pay

$175,000 – $275,000 per year.
