Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in divorce and other family law matters.
- Drafting legal pleadings and arguments.
- Developing legal strategies and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborating with support staff and attorneys to achieve efficient results.
- Communicating effectively with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
- Maintaining high standards of organization, leadership, professionalism, and accountability.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of family law experience in California.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Exceptional intellect.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Proficiency in managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required.
