Compensation

$120,000 – $170,000 Compensation Base: $120,000-$150,000 Salary + Performance-based bonus compensation (Quarterly + Annually) $170,000+ OTE (On Target Earnings)

What You’ll Do

• Lead your own caseload and develop creative, strategic approaches for every client
• Represent clients confidently in contested family law matters (hearings, mediation, trial)
• Help families find resolutions through negotiation, not just litigation
• Counsel clients with clarity, compassion, and pragmatism

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience handling contested family law cases
• Active Texas State Bar License
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
