Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of complex family law matters
- Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
- Represent clients at hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials
- Advises clients regarding divorce, custody, support, property division, and related family law issues
- Analyze and interpret financial documents, business valuations, and asset tracing materials
Requirements
Strong litigation background and experience handling sophisticated family law matters from inception through resolution.
Qualifications
Experience in handling complex family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, property division, and related family law issues.
Skills
