Summary A growing family law firm is seeking a Senior Family Law Attorney to handle complex divorce and family law matters. This role offers a flexible, technology-driven work environment with the ability to work remotely when possible. Responsibilities Handle divorce and family law litigation mattersAttend major case events, hearings, depositions, and trialsDevelop and implement case strategies for litigated divorce mattersManage client service teams and oversee the work of associate attorneysSupervise and collaborate with paralegals and other legal team membersProvide strong client service and maintain client relationshipsManage cases and ensure matters progress effectivelyBusiness development is encouraged but not required Qualifications Florida Bar admission requiredAt least 2 years of family law experience; 3+ years preferredExperience handling divorce and family law mattersTrial and deposition experience requiredStrong litigation and case strategy skillsAbility to manage cases independentlyExperience supervising or mentoring associate attorneys and/or paralegals is preferredStrong communication, organizational, and client-service skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-based environment Benefits 401(k)401(k) matchingHealth insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth savings accountFlexible scheduleRemote/hybrid work flexibility Work Location: Hybrid remote in West Palm Beach, Wellington and Boca Raton, FL.
