You'll bring your seasoned expertise in family law litigation and trials to guide our team of associate attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients in family law litigation and trials
• Collaborate with the Managing Attorney and team of associate attorneys to achieve successful outcomes
• Provide guidance on complex family law issues
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
• Manage caseload and prioritize cases effectively
• Stay updated on changes in family law laws and regulations

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience practicing family law
• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in Texas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse client populations
• Proven success in family law litigation and trials
• Strong negotiation and mediation skills
