Atticus Family Law is seeking a Senior Family Law Attorney to join a firm known for helping clients navigate complex legal issues such as divorce, custody disputes, parenting time, spousal maintenance, and property division. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience and a desire to lead within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex family law cases
• Shape and implement case strategies
• Lead high-stakes negotiations and mediations
• Mentor junior associates and other attorneys
• Collaborate with a team-first approach

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience practicing family law
• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in Minnesota
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
