Family Law Attorney (BigLaw Firms)

About the role

Contract Family Law Attorney position available for remote work, with a commitment of 10-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex family law cases, statutes, and precedents for AI training purposes.
• Conduct thorough legal research and provide clear, concise written summaries and case notes.
• Draft, review, and annotate legal documents relating to family law.
• Identify and clarify key issues, legal arguments, and reasoning within documents and case files.
• Collaborate with a remote team using digital project management tools to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
• Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and leverage technology for efficient knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in family law through practice at a leading BigLaw firm.
• Strong background in legal research, writing, and case analysis specific to family law matters.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain nuanced legal concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to review, summarize, and critique complex legal documents with meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration, digital project management tools, and adaptability to new technologies.

Pay

$140 - $400/hour
