Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis on a variety of US law topics, providing nuanced insights and guidance
• Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives and ensure current, accurate information is utilized
• Draft, review, and edit legal content, including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other relevant documents
• Assess and provide structured feedback on legal texts for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with best practices
• Participate in remote, multidisciplinary collaboration to refine project deliverables and address complex legal scenarios
• Contribute to content quality assurance by spotting errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in legal materials
• Apply meticulous attention to detail to maintain exceptionally high standards in all submissions

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in the United States with strong academic credentials
• Experience in top Law Firms
• Current or prior experience at a top-tier US law firm, with exposure to varied practice areas
• Proven abilities in legal analysis, research, and drafting across a range of legal subjects
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in legal content review
• Track record of successful remote collaboration and participation in multidisciplinary projects
• Experience with quality assurance and rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is a plus
• Demonstrated commitment to precision, accuracy, and upholding legal best practices in all work

Pay

$140 - $400/hour
