This role is ideal for attorneys with experience at Vault 100 law firms who have strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
About the role
Contract position lasting 3–6 months with a flexible schedule. Options for part-time (20 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week).
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and legal analysis across a broad range of U.S. legal topics.
- Draft, review, and edit legal memoranda, contracts, opinions, and other legal documents.
- Review AI-generated legal content for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
- Provide structured legal feedback to improve AI-generated responses.
- Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Active license to practice law.
- Current or previous experience at one or more Vault 100 (BigLaw) firms.
- Strong legal research and legal drafting experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience reviewing complex legal documents.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
