Family Law Attorney

About the role

The Grey Legal Group, APC is a dynamic, fast-growing family law firm seeking an experienced family law attorney to join the team. This position offers the opportunity to work at a firm where your work really matters, interacting with clients daily to design and execute strategies to help them build a better next chapter.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and other counsel
• Draft pleadings
• Conduct discovery
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, settlement conferences, and trials
• Perform legal research
• Manage all aspects of a client's case

Requirements

• DVRO & Trial Experience Required
• Knowledge of CA Discovery Required
• A California Bar License in good standing is required

Qualifications

• Hard-working TEAM player responsible for all aspects of a client's case
• High levels of self-esteem, empathy, and compassion
• Ability to put clients at ease
• Understanding how clients’ problems are more than legal problems to them
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Extremely comfortable with technology
