Responsibilities

• Manage your own cases while providing support to other attorneys on complex cases.
• Litigate family law matters from start to finish, gaining actual courtroom experience.
• Develop family law cases by conducting research on various issues.
• Attend depositions, mediation, and hearings.
• Review, analyze, and draft legal documents with strong organization, planning, prioritization, and time‑management skills.
• Communicate with knowledge and compassion with clients of various levels of sophistication regarding technical matters.
• Communicate effectively with outside attorneys, senior management, clients, and support staff, maintaining a high level of personal integrity and professional ethics.
• Track and manage billable hours and ensure all aspects of client and case management are properly met.

Requirements

• Family law experience is required.
• Must be licensed to practice law in California.
• CFLS certification or eligibility is a plus.

Pay

Pay range: $100,000 – $200,000 annually.
